To save time and storage, I would like to combine Japanese and English notes into one post from now on.

I would like to document my experience in system operation and user support.

システム運用とユーザーサポートで経験したことを記録したいと思います。

User support work（ユーザーサポート業務）

In user support work, my job was to support users so that they would not be hindered in their work.
The main job contents are as follows.
・Account issuance work
・Account information change and deletion work
・Password reset service
・Responding to inquiries from users
・Creating and revising manuals for users（The manual will be updated as the system is updated.）

ユーザーサポート業務ではシステムのユーザの業務に支障がでないようにユーザーをサポートすることが仕事でした。
主な仕事内容は以下の通りです。
・アカウントの発行作業
・アカウント情報変更及び削除作業
・パスワードリセット業務
・ユーザーからのお問い合わせの対応
・ユーザー向けマニュアル作成・改定（システムのアップデートに伴いマニュアルを更新していきます。）

System operation（システムの運用）

My main task was to monitor the running system. The main job contents are as follows.
・System life and death monitoring
・Response in case of system failure
・Manual registration of data required for the system
・System update work
・Creating and revising manuals for users

稼働しているシステムの監視が主な作業でした。主な仕事内容は以下の通りです。
・システムの死活監視
・システムの障害発生時の対応
・システムに必要なデータの手動登録
・システムアップデート作業
・ユーザー向け手順書作成・改定
